As part of our commitment to you, all beautystoredepot purchases are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased you may return the item in its original packaging within 30 days of your shipment receipt date. Your satisfaction is our primary goal; please carefully review our return instructions and policy below.

Return Instructions Easy Steps to No Hassle Returns
Before shipping your return we recommend that you review our entire return policy below.
1. Call or email us (800-926-5219 / customerservice@beautystoredepot.com) to speak with a customer service representative.
2. Obtain your return merchandise authorization number (RMA#).
3. Securely pack the products for shipping including: all parts, pieces,
printed material, and accessories, along with the products original packing.
4. Include a copy of your packing slip and write your RMA# clearly on the slip.

Customers pay for return shipment charges. To ensure that we receive the package we do recommend using a method of shipping with tracking and insurable. We cannot be liable for items lost in transit back to us. If your order was shipped free, a small shipping fee will apply to your order.
Additional Return Policy
Obtain an RMA Number and return your product within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- Customers must obtain an RMA # and return their item(s) within 30 days of receipt of their order. Return shipments received without an RMA will not qualify for a credit.
- Returned products are subject to inspection by beautystoredepot staff. All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, e.g. gift with purchase and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered, over 50% used, or damaged. Multiple RMA requests for the same products or by the same customer are subject to review by beautystoredepot. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once. All refunds are also subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
- Any tool return must contain all parts sold with the original purchase, including cords, chargers, adapters, carry case and any accessories.
- Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer's expense or destroyed upon request. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment. To best resolve returns regarding damaged products, we may request proof of this damage in the form of the customer providing pictures.
- Customers may only return two orders per 12 month period.
- We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
- Please make sure that you qualify before returning your items. If you have any questions or concerns or are unclear as to whether or not you may qualify for a refund, contact beautystoredepot Customer Service at customerservice@beautystoredepot.com or 512-495-9457 , Monday through Friday, 9AM - 5PM CST.
- Customers pay for return shipment charges.
- If your order shipped free, the original shipping cost will be deducted from total refund. If you paid for expedited shipping, you will be refunded the order total less our actual cost of expediting the order to you.
- If your shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, additional postage or other charges may apply.

Returns will be processed and approved credits issued within five business days of receipt

99.9% of all order placed before 3PM CST are shipped same day via standard shipping and can take 2-6 days to arrive. beautystoredepot.com takes great pride in offering fresh product at a great price. On a rare occasion our stock may become depleted. We take steps to ensure our system is updated quickly however at times the communication takes time to transfer & populate. In these rare cases that an item is unavailable, you will be notified within one business day of the delay and an expected ship date.
