If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may simply return the UNUSED and UNOPENED product to us within 30 days of PURCHASE for an exchange or in-house credit only less shipping and handling. Sorry, we can not accept returns/exchanges after 30 days of PURCHASE, no exceptions. If your order was shipped free, then our flat rate for shipping will be deducted from total return. Please note all approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We strongly recommend talking to a professional before you make any purchases to ensure you are getting the right product for you. | |

| How quickly can I expect my order? | |
Orders placed before 1P.M. (Central Time) will be shipped that day. Orders after 1P.M. will be shipped the next business day, excluding holidays. Depending on the shipping alternatives packages will be delivered per terms chosen. Standard or free shipping is Priority Mail (2-3 days) or UPS Ground (2-5 days). Customers who are in Texas and most surrounding states enjoy overnight* or 2 day* delivery at no extra charge.

| Do you charge tax? | |
| Tax is only charged to orders shipped to Texas. When shipped to Texas a 8.25% sales tax will be applied. | |
