- Massage into skin from the base of throat up and out toward hairline to form a lather.
- Rinse fully with warm water.
- Use morning and evening.

- After cleansing, apply a pea-sized amount to dry face and neck.
- Massage until fully absorbed.
- Use morning and evening.
- ACNE SPOT TREATMENT
- With your finger, dab about half pump of the treatment on existing blemishes.
- Recap bottle tightly when finished.
- Use morning and night.
