RevitaLash Perfect Primer prepares the surface of the eyelash for mascara application. It smooths out any rough edges, and creates a nice even layer so that the mascara goes on effortlessly. Perfect Primer coats your eyelashes with a silky, matte formula that helps the mascara adhere better. The blue color makes your eye color appear brighter and look more open. It intensifies your eye color and amplifies the mascara color.

Directions:

Simply apply 2 coats prior to your Revitalash (or other) mascara application.
