Cosmedix Refine 4% is a trans-retinol serum as potent as Retinoic Acid. It is chirally corrected to reduce irritation and photo sensitivity with increased effectiveness. Directions:
Apply a pea-sized amount to clean skin every other evening until tolerance allows for nightly use. Do NOT apply to eyelids! Discontinue use if redness or irritation occurs; resume at a lower dosage after discomfort has subsided. May experience mild peeling. Use caution when applying to neck and chest area.
